At The H Connection, LLC, we believe that art is a universal language that bridges cultures and brings people together. We give God all the glory for the gifts He has given to each of one of us, We also love to share His truth about Jesus through the Canines4Christ therapy dog ministry, when given those opportunities.
Our collection features a wide range of styles and mediums. We are constantly seeking out new and exciting concepts to add to our collection, ensuring that there is always something new to discover or learn. Although digital art is becoming more common, our style is based on authenticity and hands-on detailed work. The sky's the limit, no matter how an artist expresses themself- that's what makes it art!
Located in beautiful rural Minnesota, The H Connection, LLC. has been blessed with the real thing; painting lake scenes, rivers, prairies, woods, fields and farms, moonrises and sunsets, pets, wildlife, livestock, and some very meaningful events. Every painting or piece of art has always had a story behind it!
When our ancestors journeyed to America so long ago, they longed for religious freedom and opportunity. They needed to escape famine and other hardships, so they helped establish our churches, worked together to build our family's farms here, and fought for Our Country. They raised their children to be respectful, truthful, to show appreciation, and taught them to be good stewards of the land.
In 1805, according to a document created by our ancestors, our family HEUBULT heraldry was registered. The color yellow/gold represented generosity & those with a giving nature, while the color sable black symbolized constancy and the enduring nature of the family- longevity through time. Shields with a large cross in the center signified faith and the sword stood for justice. The shield is also an anchor of hope, with a rope attached around it. Graceful floral designs surround the image with beauty, nature, and flourishing plants. A necklace was often seen as protective or a symbol of connection. The helmet generally faced left, but if a helmet faced right, it was a symbol of royalty. On our coat of arms, the crest design is a ready, rearing horse. The horse is a majestic animal that embodies the spiritual power of independence, freedom, nobleness, endurance, confidence, triumph, heroism, and competition. The motto on the banner, STA VAST! is translated from Swedish to English, STAND FIRM!
The Bible says, "Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to STAND YOUR GROUND, and after you have done everything, to stand." -Ephesians 6:13.
The ancestors are gone, but the Bible lives on forever. We have some work to do in putting Him above all else again.
It's the H connection. -Sandra Heibult
The team of Sandra and Lark Heibult:
Lark has been instrumental in assisting with various projects as a silent partner. Sandra does the painting. Truthfully, Lark is an AKC certified therapy dog with Canines For Christ. She has a quiet way of channeling love and hurt from a human's heart to her own and back again. We've spent some time with elderly folks, disabled adults, children with different types of loss, and with Veterans.
We've just recently discovered that Lark and I work well together as a team with a mission to identify the love of Jesus through the beautiful actions and expressions that His own children show each other.
We'll continue to learn and develop skills and hope to have more paintings to display at shows and online.
We have many goals to meet yet and look forward to the next adventures! To God be all the glory.
